The Benjamin Group Returns Procedure
The Benjamin Group wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from us
but please choose your purchases carefully, as we do not send out products on approval.
Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased, you may return the product
within 7 working days from the date that you received the product for a full refund.
All products must be returned in their original packaging in a resaleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of unwanted items to us. We suggest that you use a
registered delivery service for your own peace of mind.
Delivery Damage
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If the damage is
only apparent upon opening the package or the package is left without being signed for,
please contact us as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return a Product
Within the time scales above, please send an email to:

with your order number, a product description and a brief explanation. You may also call the Customer
Services Department on +44 (0)208 501 2992. If you choose to telephone, please have
your order number to hand.
Where there is a guarantee on the product, this enables you to return it in the period
of the guarantee time. If there is no guarantee, you have up to 7 working days to return
the item (s) to the address stated below:

IMPORTANT! Hellz Jezebelz have no control over Customs & Excise duties and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, the amount of which we have no knowledge or control over.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Any charges and further information will need to be checked with the Customs & Excise in your relevant country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you.
Your country's Customs department may also decide to arbitrarily hold your package for any length of time
it so chooses. Please take this into account when ordering internationally.
Shipping to international destinations usually takes about a week, but could take considerably longer due to
any number of forces beyond our control (Customs), so please allow up to four weeks for international delivery.
